Any reproduction or representation in whole or in part, on any medium, not authorized by Inventaire SAS, is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement of copyright that may result in criminal and civil prosecution.
The name "Inventaire" has been the subject of a trademark registration with the INPI (trademark no. 4545230). Consequently, any reproduction of this trademark, not authorized by Inventaire SAS, also constitutes an offense of counterfeiting liable to criminal and civil prosecution.
Data protection
The site as it was designed, is not intended to collect the personal data of its visitors. The only information recorded is that provided voluntarily by Internet users in order to enable the purchase of products, or to subscribe to the newsletter. Inventaire SAS is the sole recipient of this personal data, none may be transferred to third parties or commercial companies.
In accordance with the provisions of the Law of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, amended by the Law of 6 August 2004, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you. General conditions of sale
☑ ARTICLE 1: PRICE
1.1 – Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included. They include the cost of the products, handling and packaging, but exclude shipping costs.
1.2 – In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable for shipments outside overseas territories and the European Union. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of Inventaire and are your responsibility.
1.3 – Inventaire reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products, subject to their availability, are invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is recorded.
☑ ARTICLE 2: ORDER
2.1 – An order implies full acceptance of these conditions of sale.
2.2 – After placing an order on the site, you will receive an email confirming the start of its preparation and the validity of the payment. This email summarizes the details of your order: products, quantities, prices, delivery address.
2.3 – An order is prepared in 1 to 2 working days. Once ready to leave, you will receive a second email informing you of the start of delivery.
2.4 – Inventaire reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute relating to a payment.
☑ ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT
3.1 – Payment for an order is made by credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Made through Stripe, the payment is secure and your bank details are transferred securely (SSL protocol). Inventaire never has access to this data.
3.2 – Inventaire reserves the right to suspend an order in the event of refusal of payment authorization or non-payment.
☑ ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY
4.1 – The delivery times shown on the site are given for information purposes only.
4.2 – Inventaire cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. This delay does not give you the right to cancel the order, refuse it or claim damages.
4.3 – If you receive a damaged or opened package, Inventaire undertakes to deliver a new one to you at no additional cost. This is possible on the express condition that you have previously refused the package at the postal service in your country and contacted Inventaire to notify you of the incident.
4.4 – If you have not received a package and proof is provided that it was lost by the postal service, Inventaire undertakes to deliver a new one to you at no additional cost.
☑ ARTICLE 5: CONFORMITY
The products are sold as represented on the site. Inventaire cannot be held responsible for any minor differences that may exist and which are due to the reproduction techniques used.
☑ ARTICLE 6: WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
6.1 – You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you. Only the price of the product and the shipping costs will be refunded. The return costs are your responsibility.
6.2 – A return must be sent in its original packaging. Inventaire reserves the right to refuse it if it has not been made in good conditions and the product is returned damaged.
6.3 – The refund will be made by transfer to your bank account, within a period of less than or equal to 30 days, from the correct receipt of the return.

This contract is subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions of sale is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
